You have to do the quest just before you enter the Crucible.

@Jelloinc it depends what part of the story you are at you can only acess different parts of knothole island after doing perticuler story quests

try using a gun, or a crosbow, are the best weapons, especilly the gargoyles crossbow.

Once you finished the knothole quest, is the snow gone forever? Cause the island is really nice with the snow

Please help me somebody! I finished the first part, to get rid of the snow. I claimed my reward and went back ot bowerstone market. It didnt and hasnt given me the new quest to stop the drought. I also have a wife from knothole island. Would that screw it up?
