go to settings security and location and it'll be at the top. not just wifi but mobile signal as well

I'm curious is this when your gps is on or off? Because it seems if someone has their gps off that they probably can't be tracked by criminals and such right?

@VraiDiouf but you may have use Wireless networks checked to determine location.
