With all due respect, you introduced Adolf Hitler here in your post. So, according to you, if results of hard working people can result in disasters, should be people just do the easy thing? And not work hard? Just grab some musicians and play standards? I love jazz, but that formula has been overdone. It's the death of innovation. I congratulate Pat on trying something new, and being willing to take the criticism.

@eysikal - This is tricky, cos' there were quite a few references to well known tracks interwoven into the other songs. Especially in the solo parts. He also played the songs from the Ochestrion record in a rearranged order compared to the album (it was the original intended order according to him). What I really loved though was hearing him play "Antonia" from Secret Story in full length. It's the first time I hear him play anything from this album (as I missed out on the tour 1993...).

@bergsund51 "Antonia", huh. That's awesome; it's one of my favorites! Did he emulate the accordion parts somehow? I've read somewhere that he played "Sueno con Mexico" as well. Can you remember the order that he played the Orchestrion tracks?

Just back from Stockholm concert hall where Pat performed with the Orchestrion. And it was an amazing gig! Highly recommended!

Was there to, one of the best concerts iwe been to, especially the improvised part where the built the song bit by bit :)
