From a scientific perspective, I heard a man speak who had proper credentials of studies that revealed the human skin changes from black to white and vice versa in a matter of 17 generations depending on exposure to the sun. Closer to the equator, skins melinin is exposed to greater amount of sunlight and darkens. Further from the equator, less exposure of skins melinin to sun and therefore skin lightens. He provided scientific evidence color difference is a function of sunlight and melenin.

They were referred to as Nigers Acts 13:1 Among the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch of Syria were Barnabas, Simeon (called "the black man"), Lucius (from Cyrene), Manaen (the childhood companion of King Herod Antipas), and Saul. The word "Niger" is Roman for 'the blacks'..look at Acts 13:1 ... Now powerful Black Thinkers.. Why does Acts single out Simeon as being black but not Jesus? Oh Yea its Because HE Was A JEW!!!!
