Inmarsat BGAN via Explorer 300

Here is the Explorer 300 satellite modem by Thrane & Thrane, (pronounced thrah-nuh and thrah-nuh) running Inmarsat's BGAN service. In this video I show how easy it is to connect to the service, it really is as advertised, plug and play! I had no trouble connecting, as it was as if connecting to a router via ethernet! The explorer 300 runs at about 2,500 USD, yet it is quick and stupidly easy to use!

haha what a scam ! it's impossible for you to load a webpage that quick with the explorer 300. I can't load a web page that quick with a explorer 500 or 700 on an excelerator

Wow, running cables all over the house. I used to love doing that but then we got a wireless router. IT DOESN'T FILL THE VOID! JK

Hahaha yeah I obviously have a WiFi router, but it was pointless to use it for this.

So I managed to acquire one of these systems. I never saw the device register at all. Question though, did you use any of the utilities that came with the BGAN to set it up? Static or DHCP for IPs?
