I see what you mean on the graphical/influence front but personally i think Metal Black is a decent entertaining shooter. I also prefer Darius Twin towards "Force" speaking of this legendary series. Guess we all have individual takes on certain tites heh!..enjoyed your insight & gameplay anyway mate. It'd be bloody boring wouldn't it if we all agreed on everything. Keep'em coming dude! :)

I have this on a PS2 collection. Not a stand out shooter. As you said, some influence from the much better Darius series.
