Propane Powered Taxi Cab in Taiwan 100213

Me and my cousin catch a cab from Taipei to Hsinchu city. To our surprise, this taxi cab was a dual-fuel vehicle that used either conventional gasoline or propane as fuel. According to the driver, the propane was cheaper and made a difference as far as fuel economy went. There was a 15 Gallon propane tank in the trunk, which I failed to record.

Gas is so high in the US, we good use these cab in Las Vegas.

Propane is used heavily here in Oz.

Economy, it burns quicker and hotter than petrol, but costs 1/3rd the price.

Its high octane too, lots of high HP cars here too that run straight propane (LPG)

we have those in the uk, i have only ever seen the taxi company in bangor (north wales) using it, its a bit of a pain in the saloons if you have a lot of luggage though
