"KUROMAME" Sweetend Black Soybeans is one of thraditional New Years Osechi dishes. And then, this is the Ogawa family's recipe.

5-1/4 oz or 150g black soybeans
5-1/4 oz or 150g granulated sugar
2 tsps soysauce
1 tsp salt


黒まめの作り方(小川家のレシピ)

黒豆 150g
グラニュー糖 150g
醤油 小さじ2杯
塩 小さじ1杯

  • QUESTION: at :30 the lovely lady says to use rusted nails if no copper pot. Lost in translation, or does one truly go out and find a rusty nail to put in a pot?
