Honestly, I really don't think she's gay. Apparently, she is married with a child. If she is gay, she didn't come out. Yet, I wouldn't care. I love the hell outta that girl.

Okay folks, I'm gonna solve the questioning. This is probably about a relationship she had with a guy, it didn't work out, she still loves and misses him. He probably found another girl. In fact, they might all have a mutual friendship; she may know the new girl. Check this, "If only she knew"...Michelle is probably referring to all of her feelings and her thoughts. If only the new girl knew Michelle's thoughts about her ex and how much she still loves him. The new girl would freak lol :)
