Awesome video.
I just received my blue belt from Professor last month, classy guy...and very approachable.
One thing he told us at the end is that all of the Sauer schools need to stick together, we're all brothers...and I truly believe that.
Hope to maybe train with you guys one day.

I really believe that martial arts (mma, jiu-jitsu, etc.) is one of the few sports where being over 30 doesn't put you past your prime. I think nearly every one of us that has watched mma has wanted to try it. Personally, I'm a little disappointed with the direction it seems to be going.
My best advice would be, even at 31, don't jump in too quickly. Do your time, get ready. Get in shape, learn technique, and you'll do fine. Rush in and you may win a fight or two, but you'll end up hurt.
