French song performed live by Orion's Bow in concert at the YMCA of the Rockies Summerfest 2009. Orion's Bow is a Denver-based Celtic-Renaissance band featuring Star Edwards, Ruth Chaikin, Rebecca Beshore, John Lowery and Ben Williams. The instruments include Celtic harp, mandolin, electric bass, violin, cello, recorders, penny whistle and accordion.   • Thanks for having mentionned that it is a French tune. It's called "Les Poules Huppées" (Crested Hens) and was composed in the 80's by a young guy from the center of France called Gilles Chabenat.

    That said, the rendering is correct, but the melody is sometimes lost among the counterpoints ... Also, sometimes, the harmony appears not to be consistent ...
