The EVGA GTX 550 Ti FPB video card is a major improvement over the GTS 450. The EVGA GTX 550 Ti is factory overclocked at 951 MHz (Core) from the default 900 MHz. The memory clocks are also bumped up on the EVGA GTX 550 Ti FPB to 4356 MHz from the standard 3600 MHz. Like all EVGA video cards, the GTX 550 Ti FPB video card comes bundled with EVGA's Precision and OC Scanner software. EVGA offers a 3 year warranty on the GTX 550 Ti which covers parts and labor and can be extended when the video card is registered on EVGA's website within 30 days of purchase.

  • That fucking sucks, so if I were to buy this card for $120 at Best Buy, I would end up having to spend an extra $30 just to use the damn thing because it has a mini-HDMI slot, fuck. So it would end up costing $150.

  • @ThePCgamewalkthoughs first lets stop with the profanity there is absolutely no need for that. Why would you not pruchase the card on new egg and then purchase a mini- hdmi to hdmi converter for 10 dollars?

  • @ThePCgamewalkthoughs or, use the converter that comes with it and not spend the 50 dollars...just sayin LOOK AT THE PICTURES ON THE BOX!

  • I just got the 2 GB GDDR5 version.

  • I got a reference card and it came with a mini hdmi, so that is not a real issue.

  • @StevenWyman Also I run mine overclocked at 1022MHz core clock and 2044MHz shader clock on stock voltage. Still testing it, but it does run well, normally getting to only 60C for DX10 games.

  • This was my choice of graphics card for my new PC build, I've been using it about 4 days now and I must say it is one of the best investments I've ever made. Certainly a nice card for its price.

  • @TheBiggVan It won't, but you'll still be using VGA signal, which won't look *as* good for gaming as HDMI or DVI will.

  • Yeah!!.. I'm getting one of these next month.

  • this card comes with a dvi to vga adapter from new egg. will this effect anything performance or quality wise?

  • @Bz4r ty for your help :3
