Our President is clueless when it comes to economics. He approves bailouts for the rich bankers and wall street corporations and wonders why the rich are getting richer and poor people are losing their houses (to the banks he bailed out)? I don't know how he doesn't get that.
@grizzzlyjoe Btw, Schleprock.....don't give me that, (whining voice) "Oh, Dennis cracked his tooth on a olive that wasn't suppose to be on his sandwich. Therefore, he was busy fighting to protect the TEETH of ALL Americans and to punish that awful cafeteria" excuse!
@grizzzlyjoe What does a VETO POWER have to do with a bill that doesn't exist? First, you'll have to form and pass a bill. Then, if the POTUS doesn't agree, he'll VETO it. When you have ppl. like Blanche Lincoln and Ben Nelson doing everything in their power to stall a bill, and Kucinich and co. doing absolutely NOTHING to give them a bill to stall, where does VETO powers come into play?
You're right about ONE thing, Schleprock. Congress is powerless. All they do is sit around and complain!
@whiteliberal1 Gee wilikers ... 'dem pesky Executive Orders, they sure do play havoc with 'dem Bills Congress is always fretting over. The President can do more, on his own, with the stroke of his Pen, than Congress gets done in a year. He had the power and DID NOT USE IT. Individual members of Congress are virtually "powerless" by comparison.
Listen, numb nuts, next time I go out to grind an organ ... you can play the monkey. I'm certain nobody will notice the difference.
@grizzzlyjoe Um....lesseee....earlier I asked, "what does Kucinich, Weiner and Sanders actually do" in relations to creating and passing legislation.
Your response, "Uh.....um...they are NOT the President. Now go away and grow a brain." Again, I was taught in Civics that Congress, and NOT the POTUS creates and pass legislation (Bills). **News Flash** The POTUS signs them into law!
See, this is why they won't allow ppl. like you to handle sharp objects! Now enjoy your yellow jello.
What cracks me up here... is how much of an orgasm he's in for the first 9 minutes: "Progressivism! Yayyy!" ...Leave it to ol' Kuci to set the record straight. A shame he's chosen not to run this year; one of the few Dems that makes any kind of sense these days.
@DvineGaming He said that's why he did it, but it's a load of nonsense. He could have passed a bill that only cut taxes for the middle class and not the wealthy. He had the majority.

Yeah, great and positive speech....
sadly, this speech is coming from a man who has failed to live up to any of his past promises, so why would anyone trust this speech?
