CorsixTH Beta4

A number of important gameplay features have been added in beta 4, which make CorsixTH feel more and more like a game, and not just a sandbox. This beta marks the threshold where most main features are in the game and it is time to start focusing more on improvements and fixing bugs. @darkwhitty You can jump to any level in debug mode. Find your config.txt, open it to set debug mode to true, (re)start the game and find in the menu bar at the top of the screen a new category "debug". Inside, there's (amongst others) a "jump to level" option.
