You are very right about the claws - about 2 years ago a Giant Ant Eater killed his female keeper in Argentina...

Infact in Mr Attenborough's movie on anteaters he mentions that in Brazil they claim to have found a Jaguar carcass that was ripped apart by one of these. By the way did you keep it after it grew up?

Adolpho moved to a Zoo in France a few months ago! In the meantime the keepers raised another Ant Eater by hand, a female this time, as it is likely that mother Griseline will never be able to do this on her own.

@BurstAngelJo99 - thank you, I never heard of this book, looked it up on Amazon and it sounds very good!!! I had to giggle at the second title of the author, "Koala of Death"! :)
