Gawdin hell. Why do tall blokes stand near the front and ruin it for all us short arses who have to stand behind them? You're tall, stand at the back or in front of a pillar!

The Hollow Of Morning comes across as her most heartfelt album to me, if not her best. For me the best is still Night On My Side.
PS For the record, the tall guy in the video near the front is me...

Was she as nice as she sounds (not in this vid)? Her lyrics all seem to be sung from the heart.

The most amazing thing about Gemma Hayes as a lyricist is most of her lyrics are gender-neutral. Anybody can sing them and not look weird.

Night on My Side is her second best album next to The Hollow of Morning. The Hollow of Morning is her masterpiece.
