This raw grainy slow moving turd (that is their incredible claim) footage was obtained from a Chinese source. A number of village witnesses have testified to its validity. The large, slimy, extremely slothful object gave off a foul stench. The head of the turd/object appears to have a tiny single eye but no obviously apparent mouth or nose. They were overwhelmed by the smell but were able to film this extraordinary footage before it made its way towards " a rocks" not far from the banks of the Yangtze River (Mianyang Province).
There have been numerous unconfirmed sightings of "dragons" and other large beasts in this region for thousands of years; could it be that this strange smelly poo like object could be the result of a Dragon's excretion? It is, according to the Chinese calender, the Year of the Dragon. Who knows!
We'll provide further data if at all possible, but communication with these people/witnesses is hap hazard at best. Please be forthcoming if you have any insights or otherwise to shed on this occurrence. And please always remember to keep the comments cool and informed. We are only the messengers!

Thank you for your comment. But how can we be sure... the eyewitnesses say otherwise.
What type of snake do you say it is?

This could bee a snake, or most likely, an intestinal worm

Hello again, thank you for your comment. Yes these were precisely my initial thoughts...but a snake's mouth is usually quite visible + they are quicker to move and not normally anywhere near this girth (although it is difficult to tell exactly how big the object is). So a slimy "tapeworm"/intestinal worm seems the more plausible... but what size creature can produce one this big?
