BACKGROUND:
San Andreas State Troopers operate mostly on the interstate and highway therefore the police cruisers used are unique, with rear directional light bar to direct traffic, high visibility 360 degree lights, and large set of antenna to improve signal coherences in communicating large distances across the state. The State Police is currently looking to retrofit current CVPI with new light bars and rear directional bars.

How Do I Get The Tires Less Wide

Already replied in PM, but in case others had the same question. The file that needs to be edited is the vehicle.ide, there are four digits at the end of each vehicle row. These numbers are associated with the tire size, diameter, and height from ground. Tweak as you like, and before you do, make sure to back up just in case.

No, at least I don't think it does. Its gets somewhat confusing, as some Bxbugs123 models feature an engine, and others don't. But for me this is a non-issue, after at the end of day its just a video game. Different strokes for different folks.
