I just bought Bethenny's book last friday and within the first 3 days I could tell a difference in my energy and the food choices I'm making. Its a WINNER!!!!

I love Bethenny but I got her book and it's not really a non-diet book. It's not about tons of rules but she does have a list of rules and mainly just says you can eat anything but you have to compensate after eating something fatty and she emphasizes portion control. Basically what every "non-diet but really a diet" book has to say.
