Doug Phillip's "Freedom at Risk" TEA Party Speech (4-Minute Sample)

I was there, too, and I really liked the way Doug wove the Come And Take It theme throughout his speech.
Doug didn't mince any words when it came to guns; he said "Come And Take It," just like the flag we were flying at the TEA Party (it had an M-16 instead of a cannon).
During Doug's speech we unfurled the big flag (12'x20', sporting a .50 BMG rifle) but it was so big, we didn't have anywhere to fly it.

Fight the good fight With all thy might;
Christ is thy Strength and Christ thy Right.
Lay hold on life, and it shall be
Thy joy and crown eternally.

Run the straight race Thro' God's good grace;
Lift up thine eyes and seek His face.
Life with its way before us lies;
Christ is the Path and Christ the Prize.

OK. I am encouraged---a little bit. But until voting habits go from "most photogenic" to "most wise" I remain pessimistic. The American people are being passed around between communist and fascist. The nanny state and corptocracy. Will both Dems. and Reps. actually admit Libertarians were right---all along? They have been excluded and laughed at so far. The Who song, WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN, is playing in my mind.

I rightfully suggest, that those from the land of D.C. have not the courage to open this  can of woop ass.

Another slam dunk! Awesome speech! Keep telling the truth.
Why not run for an office like U.S. Senate, Doug? Texas could use you.
