i used the hooks on a rental gmc to pull out a bobcat and they broke right on off and the chain flue across the hood with no rental ins cost me 500 big ones i use the back on my d max

actually thos hooks are desiends for pulling things obviously if they couldnt handle a load or they wouldnt put them there.
they are attaced to the frame...unless your trying to pull a building down it wont mess anything up...
