Yes, the movie is called "The Covenant." It came out sometime last fall.

Is there a sequel coz at the end they don't know where chase went??

There is no sequel at the moment and, as far as I know, they aren't planning on making one. I wish they would, though. Like you said, they never explained where Chase went and I'm kind of curious.
