I only wish I could keep most of them. Over the last 5 years I have had over 80 come through my living room. Most that are able, get adopted out. So to just have 16 is a really showing self control! LOL

I wish you the best in opening a rescue in Spain!!

i have a pomeranian and i could never ever abandon or consider leaving her! i have donated to you before because i have a real thing for pomeranians. can i ask how it started and how do you end up with the poms do you find them or are they given to you?

They mostly come from shelters. I usually get the ones no one else wants-blind,deaf,old,toothless­,cripple,sick,etc. I have a network of rescues that I work w/ that will send info when they hear of one in need.

Having a website and being a non profit opens many doors.

I started because I tried to adopt a rescued Pom, there were no Pom rescues in the South & the one I dealt long distance w/ was such a hassle.I felt I could do a better job ;0)

I have a big heart for pomeranians, and I've often considered opening a rescue as I hate seeing a Pomeranian suffer! Pomeranian have such amazing personalities and they truly are awesome companion dogs!

I tried so hard to find a pomeranian from a shelter but there was none! I wasnt suprised because they are one of the most popular small dogs in southern california because they are so cute, portable, and highly intelegent.. If there was a pomeranian there, and i happened to blink, it was already adopted. I finally found one after long searches and being patient :D I love these cute little dogs! Who would abondon these cute little things that look like walking cotton balls with eyes.
