Actually the contractors work for corporations that are a big Rose Croix conglomerate of Religious Company's that answer to no one but themselves and they are the real terrorists, the actions of the contractors basically make the federal government liable in a civil kind of international law, and according to the Geneva convention they have to either bring them back to the country's where they commited the crimes or we could go into a downward spiral into a world war that we cannot win oil=blood
