I was very busy with my school and I couldn't release this patch as early as you have expected, but instead of rushing it out I decided to delay it until March because the season is quite long and PES 2012 will be played by it's true fans until August, so you guys will still have time to enjoy it a few months. After all, even if it's a fresh experience, it gets repetitive and boring someday, and I believe that 5 months are enough to enjoy the quality of this patch.
