Where is bin Laden? Arnaud de Borchgrave, recently returned from Pakistan, tells me he knows where bin Laden is. De Borchgrave, who is the Editor of a report on cyber-terrorism issued by the Center for Strategic & International Studies, has a clear view as to when the next terrorist attack will occur and what kind of attack it will be: biological, nuclear or cyber. Will there be another 9/11?
