Still can't find it on iTunes. Rumour as it that it's not optimised for the iPad 2 or 3.

It`s currently only out on the NZ iTunes Store. Should hit the States/EU in the upcoming Hours. The Recording where created on an iPad 2 while I did play some Rounds on the iPad 3 too and can tell you that while it doesn`t support Retina it still runs and look great on the big iDevice.

Guys I'm having some trouble, I can't seem to get the special attacks right. If I press up there where the health bar is: ken for example does that spinning in the place special with fire and all that. But now all of a sudden when I press the very same place he does the one where he moves towards the opponent while performing the move.

What is going on? How do I get alternative special moves?

This is a port instead of an emulation most likely. Either way, the textures are exactly the same as the console/arcade version, just non-filtered, my guess is that the original hardware didn't filter the textures, so then kept them as such, similar to how the Xbox 360 version of Doom doesn't have filtered textures.

The original version ran on Sega Naomi hardware, and this runs on the iPad hardware. Emulation of the Naomi platform is very difficult on a PC alone, and to make the game run at a decent framerate the textures have to look blocky. But who cares? it's the best fucking fighter ever, now on the go!

While I think the graphics are still fine as they are, does anyone know why the textures aren't filtered on this game?

You really don`t have to be Sorry. It`s all fine. I am sure that Capcom would release those Games for the Android Market too if Google would change a few things to prevent Piracy and if there would be some Kind of Standard to make it easier for Developer do actually Test their Games on more then one Device because currently it does seem like you have to own really more then 900 different Android iDevices to be sure it does run on every of them fine.
