Awesome picking technique. I think the only critique I have is that some of the runs seem to end a little too soon. Could be tighter rhythmically.
But damn - great picking.

this kind of picking is what other people called hybrid picking.. which i also do that i didn't know there is a name for it.. as far as the exercise what i do is just get used to it.. not that hard but still needs practice.. regarding the movement.. its more like holding a pen while writing in a piece of paper where the thumb and the pointer are the only 2 fingers that do the job. hope this helps. look at his video screamin blues or "i am wolverine" by sid pablo.. also check sid's other videos

This guy looks like an acoustic guitar player. His technique is very much like how you pick on an acoustic guitar... and not electric, but good job anyway
