jiggs isn't broken, melee is just really balanced. all of the top characters are pretty equal and high tier chars compete easily with top tier. it isn't much of a gap, thats why this kind of stuff happens

1:11 is frigging amazing. Not only the juggle rape, but the fucking reflexes in that utilt. It's like Mango saw what Scar was doing at 1:08, came to the ground, and WAITED for him to jump over his head so he could do that.
