  • And when it comes to your macro's try this, 0.8-1.2g of protein per lb of body weight, 0.5g-1.0g of fat per lb of bodyweight and fill the rest with carbohydrates. Adjust the carbohydrates according to your weight and how you feel and keep the protein and fat the same most days, again unless you feel as though you need to increase it. As far as micro's I personally "Juice" 3 times per day + food, Google juicing, superb for getting in your micro nutrients! if you need any help drop me a message.

  • In my experience Casein is a waste of money, just put that money into better quality food! or use whey instead.
