Allegedly "disabled" woman mowing a lawn

There she goes again! Says she's "disabled," but mows like a champ. Her husband was out of town last summer for two weeks, getting a Commercial Drivers License. She mowed just before he came home, because hubby is obsessed about the lawn (mows every other day). Are they collecting benefits together as a "single (separated) mom on disability?" That's what several people allege.

Being disabled doesn't mean you have to be totally unable to do anything, if you don't use it you lose it. Don't just completely dry up and become confined to a bed.

That doesn't mean she is not disabled. She apparently has proven that she can't mentally or emotionally handle a 40 hour a week job in the workplace. Mowing a lawn does not prove she can.

@Goblues1980 I've never actually understood the "mental disability" claim. I have the documentary "The Bridge" and one woman who jumped (was in her 40s at the time) off of Golden Gate was paranoid schizophrenic ~ she heard voices, thought clocks were ticking time bombs, her dogs were demons,...when off her meds ~ but both her mother and sister who were interviewed said she always worked a job.

This goes on alot in Oregon. there are many people I met at an unemployment group that are frauding the system and are able to work. One I have worked with less than 4 years ago and she dreamed up a disorder and says now after 4 years she cannot work and got Ss within two months. She can walk and do all these physical things and can do alot according to her facebook page. Until things change in Oregon and they clean this up the real people like me who cant walk will never be able to get SS.
