@MrWright621 Good. He admitted to the traffic violations anyways.
-
For the people who don't know, all charges against him were dropped in regards to the recording of the incident. He only had to deal with the charges or driving recklessly and speeding, which is fine.

Fact: plain clothes trooper brandished his weapon to an unarmed motorist before flashing a badge? Not cool. Fine to arrest Graber for dangerous driving. But to charge Graber weeks later under the wire taping law is cowardly retaliation.
MD state police must be running out of fund$... need to bust a risk-taker like Graber to take his cash.

Oinkers out of Control - - Good Bye America

That bull shit!

it amazes me that state troopers complain about being disrespected. they dont deserve respect, so they dont get it. where i live, state troopers dont do any of the dangerous work, all they do is patrol highways and give tickets.

If there was no cop behind him and someone cut me off like that and pulled a gun, I would have been shot reaching for my gun...
-
I would have been shot trying to get to my gun!!!!!!!

I smell Bull shit

He can sue for a violation of his civil rights. Courts have allready ruled that people can video tape civil pulic servants. What they are trying to bust him for is under a unique wire tapping law for the audio. Its really a bunch of BS.
