The Joy of Yoga (Sample of DVD)

My life has been blessed with the boon of yoga! I have learned from so many wonderful teachers over the past twenty years and this is really what I want to share with you - from the mastery of BKS Iyengar, the poetry of Rodney Yee, the flow of Shiva Rhea and many other remarkable yogis. I'm so grateful! My practice, as a result, has bloomed into an inner dance of grace and meditation, showing me how to love the body as part of my everyday living experience. My hope is that these classes might also move you deeper into the nuances of this beautiful mystery that yoga is.
