i got my hair done this weekend, and the lady messed up terribly on the highlights. parts of it were black, parts were bleach blonde. horrible, i looked like a bee. i asked for the highlights to look natural and blended in, not like 90's hair. so she redyed my hair with a demi color. and now my roots are red. /: horrible experiance. i really wish people would take the time to listen instead of rushing.

This video is a joke. It actually shows you the wrong way to highlight hair, and edits out the proper way..WTF? Come on people!!

i really dislike when stylists push that there is not way for color to lift color because that is incorrect. i may have not been a stylist as long as her, and i would never attempt to lift color with color, because the effects are very faint. maybe a level or two if your lucky. it does adjust , change, and slightly lighten but it doesnt leave it completely the same as it was before the service. again, i would not reccomend it i just feel that it needs to be addressed correctly.tested it in BS.

Depending on the color line, it IS possible to lighten color with color, maybe she shouldn't self teach herself...
