The musicians were facing a monumental feat, patching together all the different sounds and layering them track over track. Polyphonic synthesizers did not exist in that era and each track had to be banged out individually. This is still a masterpiece!

I used to listen to this album all the time when I was a kid... was probably four or five, so mid-late 1980s.

I would love to hear this whole album again!!! I used to enjoy it in the late 70's instead of writing my papers in college...wow this takes me back!
