Viridian Green Laser C5 laser review vs Crimson Trace . Both are great sighting systems and both appear to be very well made , Viridian has the advantage of range , Crimson Trace has the advantage of size and concealability Cant go wrong either way.
You guys.... that's not an ambulance. That is a Ford Crown Vic seat and don't you see the spot light? You can hear the computer ringing in the back ground? Very good video. Nice of you to give up your lunch time to do this video. Thanks and be safe. ;)
How accurate are these lasers at longer range? Have you ever tried them on long shots or are they only designed for up close and personal shooting distance? Once you get them dialed in do they ever need to be re adjusted or do they hold their zero well?
Studies have shown its for intimidation. If you are held at gunpoint and look down at your chest and see a pulsating beam bouncing around your chest knowing damn well a bullet can follow at any second, a sane person would give up very quick.
i love my viridian c5l, activation button is exactly where trigger finger is upon picking up or unholstering very very easy to activate and like a light saber compared to ctc. go green.
The color green is closer to the color spectrum than red so our eyes can pick it up easier, hence that's why most night sights are green or yellow, not red. But they don't make green laser grips so red wins in my book.
@diderr01 When multiple shooters are present on site and both are aiming at the same target, the shooter with the strobe on, can distinguish his aiming point from the shooter with the constant laser point.
Ive been searching for a USA made green Laser for awhile now and this Viridian seems nice, but I need it for a Rifle. I ordered a Magnalight 11051-G on Aug 25th, but they are having some problems and said it would be 2-3 weeks before I would receive it. Anyone else know of any Tactical USA made Green Lasers for Rifles that are around 200 or under?

How do you find activating it during a high stress encounter? Real or simulated.
Do you find the CT deploys much faster, or does the Veridian just as easy to engage with?

@diderr01 some people think the strobe is more visible in that it catches the eye better and faster
