Sample sound fx from a movie. My friend who went to school for audio engineering told me that you can only get sued for harmonious samples not stuff like punches. When you listen to all these movies, almost all of them have same sounds for punches and kicks and I think that that supports the stuff my friend was talking about. You can also record your own using phone book and hit your body with it or punching bag, etc and then layer it. Good luck!
