The Japanese punk band 中曽根 (nakasone) playing live in the rain at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo, Japan. The guy singing this song appeared to be the drummer for the band, not the singer. On the band website, the drummer lists Queen as one of the bands he likes and I think you can see the influence in this song.
