@CandidMommy OMG These Rock With Gr. Turkey & Brown Rice...I Use the Chicken Bullion Instead of Salt...I Also Food Processed a Zuchinni & Some Baby Carrots & Added that to the Gr. Turkey & Rice Mixture...I Don't Top the Peppers with The Cheese Until the Last 5 Minutes or so of Cooking TIme...Yummy, Gooey, Cheesy & Healthy TOO

gotta use red or yellow taste better and it's easier on your digestion system, but the stuffing is really looking good sausage and cheese like that. Looks goodie goodie!
