So if my brakes need to be tightened, is that all I really need to do is adjust that star wheel to where the shoes are closer to the drum??

I got one for ya man. I have a Mid 70's to Mid 80s chevy truck that was chopped down to a trailer. It still has the stock 14 bolt 6 lug axle with complete brake kit installed still. The problem is the brakes are out meaning they are against the drum. Now everything I know about these trucks tells me to go to the adjuster from the hole on the back plate. The problem is is that there is no hole back there. I have no torch an no bolt hole to run bolts in and push it off. How do I remove it? how

after adjusting to proper fit.. is there anything to do after than cos the drum still seem pretty loose and easy to come off.. or should it be that way cos the wheel will lock it on.. anyone?

you can hear the shoes touching the drums the last time he did its a pre adjust not a final adjust he did it right.
