This video proves the purported long form birth certificate produced on April 27, 2001 is a fake. It has multiple layers. Just download a copy and open it in Adobe Illustrator. They should have flattened the document.

just so everyone understands what is happening here: the optical recognition software attempts to translate characters in a photograph to text. tge layers are caused by the software trying to split the different elements into layers. seperate words from the background. like this comment if you've done your homework<<

OCR software does not differentiate between lines and text...it simply attempts to recognize text and then creates literal text from the pixel image. If software were to auto-separate the text as some have said here, then it would have to do so by color variation, which would have also separated the lines on the image. Yet it doesn't. I've been a graphic designer for over 20 years and I can tell you that the original birth certificate on the White House website right now is a forgery.

Are you kidding me? OCR cannot split some of these CURSIVE elements and recognize them as text, in fact, Adobe software even states that OCR has never even been applied to this file, the links to these added layers state that they were all scaled 25%, and ROTATED 90 degrees! The signatures are different colors, or flat (not blended pixel by pixel as normal pencil text is). This is so BLATANT!
