這個位於首爾市東大門區的廚餘處理廠,是採用厭氧分解技術(anaerobic digestion),每天可處理98噸廚餘。坦白說,廠內的氣味當然不好聞,但己算是空氣流通,只是在記憶中仍不時殘餘了那陣陣的「泡菜」的廚餘香。
