GREAT! Thanks for post/update. This really works! I see.
But oxigen reduces a bit the implosive fire efficiency. But clearly turning on the air in the moment the hho stops to come out, is the way to do. A simple 12 volt with back batery safety will do the job.
But the hho production must be good and continuous. A bubler will help safety.
Thanks!

@daniel2008C ... And,I think you also (like me) use this one way valve for water refill? But,with SS reservoir and bubbler you dont need for any flash back protection...this is just in case of unplanned over pressure.
I not saw your answer on my "message folder",I think you must click on the right corner of my post to answer to me...please! Sorry for my bad English...

@daniel2008C I am from Serbia (ex Yugoslavia),and I ordered from one factory to make it for me,I just give him dimensions and shape(blue print). I put this in very small housing! Just two compresor connections and (or) adapter.Teflon seal(or soldering, but no opening). This is very hard arrestor! I can heat arrestor with torch and HHO still flow and stop flashbacks! No plastics, rubber, etc.I am to lazy to make videos, but I will!
to be continued...,

Bronze wool not so good solutions! I use harder materials, like grinding stone,SS mesh, and now sintered SS,the best, but you need somebody to make them for you. Air compressor is very good idea but not necessary.I use air compressor for make hotter (oxidizing) flame. But the best thing and more important is to make hard reservoir and bubbler! And maybe security valve(I think you use this, very similar like mine...I use one way valve for water, but I change spring inside).

Impressively smooth.. However, a bit complicated... Nobox is right on that one. A ball valve with a handle does the perfect trick to kill the flame without flashback. The knob on my traditional welding handle was too progressive and was letting the gas to slow down so therefore the flame was sucked back in and ignited the gas inside the hose. Now I use a quarter turn ball valve with handle and it's radical. Thanks for sharing.

Well.. with all these safety elements , you will not a have a flashback ! I guess most people reading this will realize how important is safety when working with HHO.. thanks for your contributions !

you are write about multi safty sytems
i use bronze wool ,a cut of at the torch
and i have two bubblers one washes the gas as it is very tall for a bubbler, perhaps that is why my flame stayes blue i have a very tall bubbler and i have bubble baffling that makes the bubbles smaller
do not use air stones as this causes drastic volume change in the bubbler,
also my gas washer has underwhen detonation lukely the small splash suppresure i use to keep water out of my hose blew of,i glued it bak

Hi, yes valve works but not always , .. if you are over 3 LPM valve alone is not secure enough .. also dip flame into water will work most times , finally I think security does not come from a single precaution , but is the addition of several secure procedures ..best regards Daniel

hey friend did you no that using a small valve to cut the flame of works to avoid flash bak,,,also if you dip the flame in water it will exstingiush the flame without incident
HI ACe, yes I change the spring too !!! I agree most your ideas, and I am looking for a sinterized metal source , did you find one somewhere ?
Where are you located ?
