@gusandspud My God, what a voice. So commanding. So beautiful. Look at the kids just staring at her. Probably can't believe what they're hearing. Wish I could have seen her sing live back in the 60s. And no, she is not lip-syncing. The orchestration is from a prerecorded source, such as a record or tape, but that is her actual voice. Many singers back then did the same thing on similar music shows. They either sang over they're pre-recorded voice or replaced it. Randazzo was a genius.

How sad that we don't appreciate "Great Singers" until we lose them!!

I don't know why, but I just get the feeling she was miming in this. The song sounds exactly the same as the record, yet there is no orchestra or backing singers. Odd considering has such a huge backing on it.Mike R UK
