@ciaoandhello Yes and no. He works intuitively with the environment around him. If he is out and about in nature, he has only what nature gives him.

The stone has been taken out of its natural environment and is being put into very much a man made building and therefore the situation of the work has changed. This is reflected in both the way the sculpture has been made to fit the room and the tools he has used.

It is a man environment and therefore reflects that.

Hes using mechanical tools, I thought he only used nature to make his pieces.
