can a guitar hero 1 guitar work on a guitar hero 2 or 3? i tried on 3 but it didnt work, and yes i did press the sync button.

lol i only use 3 fingers period, cause when i go to press say, orange wit my pink, my ring finger will press blue, same for when i press blue with my pinky, my ring finger will press yellow. it sucks. but i manage to play expert and get at least 90% on all songs with 3 fingers (:
