^^^^Put this file into your PSP\GAME folder of your memory card inside a folder. So put the module cheker file into a folder and put that folder into PSP\GAME^^^^

@EMan2ize You can check to see if you have a phat by looking at the top of your system. If you have a UMD "open" section, it's a phat. If you just open you UMD slot by pulling, it's a slim
