I wanted to let everyone know exactly what supplements I was taking during my P90X program,past and present.

I'm sure there's something I left out so let me know if there's something I didn't mention that you would like to know.(I was on my 118th Day of P90X when this was filmed)

  • Bull shit u dnt do nothing all that protein for nothing... U do realize u can overdose on protein...

  • @streetboxing7493 Anyone can overdose on anything, even water. I know my body and how much protein I need per day. And what do you mean by I "dnt do nothing"?

  • okay i have a question..im 140 pounds im 15 5'11 wanting to put on some pounds and im wanting rebuilt mass from gnc but its too much..so im either going to get hydro whey...optimum nutrition gold standard or optimum pro complex/ please reply thanks!

  • @a360saint If your diet is on point, it doesn't matter what supplemental protein you take, you wont get results. You need to figure out how many calories you need to eat in order to gain weight and use a supplemental protein to count for some of those calories in your post workout nutrition.

  • I take whey protein everytime I workout but I have some body fat on me and im trying to lose it. I do cardio and lift would you recommend to keep taking it or not because it has carbs and all that stuff.
