Not to mention it was vandalism that caused the toilet o be unflushable and rboken at the same time. Where was this taken? I've seen these toielts before in the USA at gardent parks and also at Beaches.

I've seen more toilets worse than that. and one of them had shit all voer it the toielt broke off and was unflushable so ti had to be replaced.
