I've heard Death Cab's other albums before and I do like all of them, but these are really amazing. Compared to the Narrow Stairs album, they might not have the most outstanding musical "inventiveness," but these songs have lyrics that actually made me stop and read them over again. The imagery, the allusions, and the layers to them are amazing. I only heard these songs but yesterday and haven't stopped.

Caution: Powerful.
